How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?

You will be provided with an estimate of the length of time required to complete the repairs to your vehicle. This estimate is based upon the amount of damage sustained by your vehicle.

How can I secure a rental car?

We can assist you in making arrangements for a rental car. Just advise us when you’ll drop off your vehicle for repairs and we’ll have your choice of a car rental representative from Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, or other brand waiting for you.

Will you offer me a ride when I drop off my vehicle?

We will gladly provide you with transportation to your desired destination as long as its within a reasonable distance to our facility.

Is it necessary to make an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary unless required by your insurance company. Our objective here at Able Body Shop is to accommodate your schedule and make this process as convenient as possible for you.

Are you open on Saturday or Sunday?

Unfortunately we are closed on both Saturday and Sunday; however, we will honor a scheduled appointment on those days.

Are towing services available if my vehicle can’t be driven?

Absolutely…Simply call Able Body Shop and we’ll make all the necessary arrangements to have your vehicle towed to our facility for repair.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, certified checks, cashiers checks, bank cards and the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.

Can my vehicle’s color be matched?

Definitely! Every vehicle has a paint code and we utilize a computerized paint matching system to ensure we match the exact color of your vehicle.

Is there a warranty on the repairs made to my vehicle?

Able Body Shop stands behind its automotive repair with a lifetime guarantee. As long as the vehicle is under its present ownership, we guarantee the work performed.

Is it necessary for me to pay a deductible?

Your insurance policy determines the amount of deductible required of you. Contact your insurance agent to provide this information.

Who do I pay my deductible to?

All deductible payments should be made to “Able Body Shop.”
